Ian Weir & Son Pty Ltd, Licenced Auctioneers and Real Estate Agents of North Lismore, commenced operations on 1 July 1986 with the purchase of Keith McLeay Pty Ltd.

Ian Weir had worked with Keith McLeay for 40 years and together with his son Glenn, Kevin Cocciola and Neil Short, Ian Weir and Son was started.

The business expanded in September 1991 with the purchase of Gil Crawford and Co.

Further expansion occurred in November 2003 when we bought the firm of Walker Gordon which had been in operation for over 75 years.

Mark Noble, Luke Allen and Mitch Dundas have since joined the team, bringing youth to our business, to complement the many years of experience held by the founders.

Our main focus is Stock and Station agents and Auctioneers, but in recent years our real estate business has expanded with rural and lifestyle listings as well as houses in town.
